| Abstract: | Disciplinary construction is a complex rational activity,and only following the science principles can lead to good effects.Based on analysis and study of local ordinary colleges and universities,the article puts forward the four basic principles of disciplinary construction： adhering to local services,application-oriented,focusing on the emphasis,and talent-first. |
