| Abstract: | Probation system represented tolerance and thrifty conforms to tidal current which the penalty modest and restrained development tendency and the human civilization progresses.This paper is aimed at discussing the features and functions suspended,in order to develop the depth and the breadth of penalty theory;expand probation being suitable rate in propelling judicial practice;open up solving Chinese jail inflation and achieve judicature cost maximum efficiency way. |
