| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the conceptions of and the internal relationship between nation benefits and nation sovereign rights,then pointed out that they are close together.For a nation,to preserve the nation independence,completion and integrity is the important and core benefit,and is the fundamental guarantee to realize nation benefits as well. |
