内生增长理论与我国当前财政政策的调整

与新古典增长理论不同,内生增长理论强调知识积累、技术进步,强调人力资本是一个国家经济增长的源泉,因而具有丰富的政策内涵,对于在新的形势下调整我国当前财政政策具有重要的指导意义。根据内生增长理论的基本思想,国家财政应该加大对技术、人力资本和公共产品的投资,同时应引导民间资本加大对技术和人力资本的投入,实现经济的长期稳定增长。

Endogeous Growth Theory and the Adjustment of Current Financial Policies in China

Different from Neoclassical Growth Theory,Endogeous Growth Theory emphasizes that the accumulation of knowledge,technological progress and human capital are the source of economic growth of one country.Therefore, the theory has rich meanings of policies and an important sense on the adjustment of current financial policies in China in new situation.Based on Endogeous Growth Theory, the Finance Department of China should make more investments in technology, human capital and public goods.At the same time,the Government should lead private capital to add more capital to technology and human capital in order to realize the long-term,stable economic growth.
