| 摘 要： | 建设和管理好一批高水平的科研型实验室，是提高高校学术水平和办学档次的重要途径。本文首先分析了科研型实验室的一些基本特点和在建设过程中将面临的一些挑战，然后提出了笔者对建设和管理科研型实验室的若干建议和思考。

| Abstract: | Adequate preparation and wise administration of a variety of sophisticated research-type laboratories is an important way to raise the academic level and running standing of our university. This paper makes an analysis of some fundamental characteristics belonging to research-type laboratories and the challenges that will face us in the course of their preparation, then goes on to present our views on the preparation and administration of researchtype laboratories. |
