| 摘 要： | 模糊限制语被广泛应用于法庭话语中.文中采用Prince对模糊限制语的分类方法,对法庭回答中的模糊限制语及其会话含意进行分析,旨在说明模糊限制语在法庭回答中发挥着重要的作用,能够使回答具有丰富的会话含意并进而影响法庭审判结果.因而应引起司法人员的关注,在庭审中予以恰当处理.最后对我国法学教育进行了一些思考.

| Abstract: | Hedges are widely used in courtroom inquiries.Based on Prince's classification of hedges,this paper explores English hedges in courtroom answers and their conversational implicature,with an aim to illustrate that hedges play a very important role in courtroom answers: they can bring about various conversational implicatures and thus affect the results of the courtroom inquiries.Therefore,hedges deserve more attention and appropriate handling on the part of the judicial personnel.Finally,this paper discusses... |
