| 摘 要： | 重庆与香港华资联号企业缘起于抗战时期,以川籍商人往香港拓展者居多。联号经营跨不同性质区域,呈内外双向发展,反映了西南内陆与香港及海外市场的紧密联系,是近代中国民族资本的一种特殊形态,也是中国近代企业史不可或缺的重要组成部分。

| Abstract: | Associated enterprises aided by overseas Chinese capital in Chongqing and Hong Kong started to develop during the Anti-Japanese War period.The merchants moving from Sichuan Province to Hong Kong outnumbered those moving the other way round.The enterprises were on the growth in various areas and performed the inner and the outer two-way development.It showed the close relation among Southwest China,Hong Kong and the market abroad.As a special status of the national capitals in modern China,it is an essential part of modern Chinese enterprises history. |
