| 摘 要： | 随着中国社会法治化程度的不断提高,高校学生管理工作同样也面临着法治化的要求。新形势下,高校需要更新观念,完善校规校纪。高校在处分学生时应当注意要遵循几个较为必要的原则,比如,不得与法律相抵触原则、高校学生的民主参与原则以及遵循正当程序原则等,以尊重和保护学生的合法权利。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of rule by law in China,how to manage university students also faces the request of rule by law.Under the new situation,universities must convert ideas and perfect school rules.Several necessary principles should be noticed while disciplining students,such as not conflicting with law,students' democratic participation and following due procedure,etc.in order to respect and protect students' legal rights. |
