管理人员胜任特征理论研究综述

摘    要:管理人员胜任特征理论是当前人力资源管理领域研究的热点问题。胜任特征理论研究包括胜任力的识别和胜任特征模型的建立。然而,当前的研究既缺乏系统性和连续性,也因为过于注重理论而忽视了其对实践的指导性,"为研究而研究"的倾向尤为突出。因此,该领域的研究在未来应主要加强该理论的应用性研究,促进管理人员选拔的科学性;强化问题意识,切实提高员工的管理水平;加强该理论研究的纵深化,进一步完善理论体系。

Abstract:The competence theory of manger is a hot issue on Human Resource Management research currently. The competence theory research should contain two aspects: one is competence identifying, the other is to build the competence characteristic model .However, at present, the research is lack of systemic and continuity,and at the same time for paying attention to theories too much but neglecting the instruction to practice, mostly the trend "for the research to research" is outstanding. Therefore, in the future the research on this realm should strengthen the research on application, in order to make manager selection more scientific;enhance consciousness of the problem to improve employees' management level practically; and strengthen the thory research to perfect theories system further.
