2012年上海市民对物价上涨总体评价

2012年,上海CPI总体呈现出稳步下降的态势,物价涨幅较2011年显著回落。物价上涨势头得到遏制,除了经济增速放缓等客观因素影响,也反应出政府一系列稳定物价的政策措施发挥了积极作用。2013年上海仍要准确把握调控节奏,强化政策落实效果,构建稳定物价的长效机制,把主副食品等价格控制在合理范围内,守住保障市民基本生活的底线。

In 2013, Shanghai should still grasp the rhythm of the regulation accurately, strengthen the effect of the implementation of the policy, construet a long-term mechanism to stabilize commodity price, conh＇ol the price of slaple food and subsidiary food within reasonable limits and hoht the bottom line of residents＇ basic livelihood.
