中小软件企业战略联盟风险与控制

以大连中小软件企业为例,从寻求规模经济、优化行业内资源配置和分散经营风险等方面阐述中小软件企业战略联盟的动因,运用经济学基本理论对中小软件行业所具有的外部环境的高度动态性以及自身存在的不确定性所引发的企业战略联盟的主要风险性,即信任风险、合约风险和财务风险进行分析,从对战略联盟过程管理的角度,提出选择战略伙伴、规范联盟合约和提高退出成本三项措施。

Risks and their controls of strategic alliance of medium-sized and small-sized software firms

Taking medium-sized and small-sized firms as an example,the paper focused on the causes of these firms to form strategic alliance from the perspective of economics of scale,optimal resources allocation within the industry and dispersing operational risks.By applying basic theory of economics,it also discussed major risks of strategic alliance,including trust risk,contract risk and financial risk,which were caused by the highly dynamic external environment of the medium-sized and small-sized software firms and the uncertainty of the firms themselves,and further put forward three measures,i.e.choosing strategic partner,standardizing alliance contract and raising exit cost from the aspect of process management of strategic alliance.
