| 摘 要： | 改善社会风气是建设中国特色社会主义的内在要求和必然趋势。邓小平对现代化建设中改善社会风气的重要性有着深刻的认识，他结合历史和现实的具体实际，提出了改善社会风气的基本途径和思路：端正党风是端正社会风气的关键；改善社会风气要从教育入手；把经济搞上去才是真正治本的途径；坚决打击各种犯罪活动；思想文化界要多出好的精神产品。
