徐世昌与清末东北地区的教育事业

清末是中国近代教育事业的起步阶段.时任东三省总督的徐世昌,顺应历史潮流,积极推动东北地区教育事业的发展.采取了包括改革教育行政机构、兴办新式学堂、派遣留学生等一系列措施,并不断鼓励社会各界捐款兴办教育事业,多方筹集资金,力图建立多层次、多渠道的办学模式.在他的主持下,东北地区教育事业的发展取得了一定的成绩.

On Xu Shichang and the Education of Late Qing in the Northeast

Late Qing was exactly the starting stage of modern education undertakings in China.At that time he was appointed as the governor-general in Northeast Three Provinces,Xu Shichang compiled with the historical trend and moved forward the education actively.He introduced a series of measures: taking the reform of the educational institution,setting up the new-type schools,sending the students to overseas etc.He not only unceasingly encouraged the social forms to donate to establish the education undertakings but also collected the fund in every way.He tried hard to establish multi-level,multi-channel school patterns.Under his management,the education in the Northeast had obtained the certain achievements.
