| 摘 要： | 经济法范畴一般由特异性范畴和非特异性范畴组合而成，本文提出并提炼了经济法的特异性范畴，将其分为原生范畴和衍生范畴，并将原生范畴再分为主导性范畴和辅助性范畴，由此可以揭示经济法的范畴层级和范畴体系，推进经济法学乃至相关法学领域的范畴理论研究。

| Abstract: | The domain of economic law is usually divided into special and non-special categories. This article further divides the former into original special sub-category and derived special sub-category, and original special sub-category still further into a dominant one and an auxiliary. Such categorization and classification may help advance the study on the categorization of economic law and other related fields. |
