| 摘 要： | 现代德育日益凸现人自身的价值,要求人性的觉醒和对个性的尊重。在这种形势下,重新研究人本主义德育理论的特点具有重要的价值和意义。其特点是在德育目的上强调受教育者个性和创造性的发展;在德育内容上,强调受教育者的直接经验;在德育方法上,强调受教育者自我育德等。
