市场化改革、工会缺位与劳动者利益

摘    要:按照经典马克思主义理论的逻辑,社会主义公有制建立后,维护劳动者经济利益职责将由企业直接承担;工会不再担负主张劳动者经济利益的责任。但随着我国市场化改革的深入进行,承袭着传统体制中职能的工会与市场化改革的不适应逐步显示出来,工会缺位损害了劳动者的经济利益。工会在市场经济条件下应主张和维护劳动者经济利益职能,因为工会依法代表劳动者主张和维护利益是对劳动力市场竞争均衡的促进;劳动者的社会责任感,不会导致他们通过工会维护其经济利益的行为成为损害社会稳定的不安定因素。

Abstract:It is not the trade union but the enterprise to take the charge to assure labors economic benefits in the traditional socialism. Along with the market - oriented reform, the absence of trade union in the socialist market economy damages the labor benefits a lot. The collective action of trade union would promote the competitive equilibrium in the labor market, and the acting of trade union by the law should not be thought as an endanger factor to our society.
