| 摘 要： | 高校新生入学教育是成功大学教育和良好学生工作的开端和基础.高校新生入学教育应采取"交互式"模式,即采取学校教育者和学生双向互动,充分发挥学校教育者的主导作用和学生自我教育功能,形成合力,使入学教育的成效落到实处.实施"交互式"模式,要坚持主体性原则,要尊重教育对象,打造多重平台.
