"全息育人"德育模式的构建途径探析

摘    要:选择正确的德育模式,是德育目标、德育内容成功实践的重要保证。构建全员、全程、全方位育人的“全息育人”德育模式,需要在稳定德育基本力量的基础上,动员全体教师积极参与,学校各部门形成合力;需要加强贯穿学校教育全过程、融会道德认知和内化过程、实现专业和道德教育相结合、校内外教育相结合的道德实践环节;需要优化道德教育的社会大环境和学校小环境,尤其要占领思想政治教育的网络阵地。

Abstract:To select appropriate moral educational model is an important guarantee for realizing the goal and content of moral education.It needs to stabilize the basic moral educational power and mobilize all the teachers to take part to construct an all-sided moral educational model.It needs to put it through the process of school education,syncretize moral recognition and moral introspection,combine different majors and moral education,coordinate intramural and extramural education to strengthen the moral practice.It also needs to optimize the social and school environments,especially to occupy the network position of moral education.
