| 摘 要： | 模拟法是生物无机化学的重要研究方法，阐述了模拟法的基本原理，并通过大量的实例从有活性的简单配合物、活性中心模拟、整体模拟3个不同的层次，叙述了模拟法在生物无机化学研究中的广泛运用。
