| 摘 要： | 本文从法律角度 ,对图书馆和读者就图书馆藏书的所有权、用益权两个方面 ,论述了这两种权力对图书馆藏书价值实现的作用。并重点探讨了读者对图书馆藏书用益权的特征和其对图书馆文献资源建设的重要法律意义。
