| 摘 要： | 地方治理是现代社会多层次治理结构中的重要组成部分,它包含了治理理念、治理模式、治理途径等方面的创新。服务型政府作为一种全新的行政理念和政府模式,其价值诉求、行为模式、治理途径等内涵均符合地方治理创新提出的时代要求。因此,为了不断促进地方治理创新,地方政府必须深入贯彻落实科学发展观,提高政府治理能力,努力建设服务型政府。

| Abstract: | Local governance,an important part of multi-level governance structure of modern society,calls for innovations in governance idea,governance mode,and governance approach.As a new administrative idea and mode,service-oriented government meets the request of local governance innovation in value demand,behavior pattern,and governance means.To continually promote local governance innovation,the local government must thoroughly apply the scientific outlook on development,promote the governance ability,and build a service-oriented government. |
