试论公民宪法义务概念的界定

公民宪法义务被越来越多国家的宪法所认可,成为宪法学重要研究范畴。目前我国并没有一个学者一致认可的公民宪法义务概念,对其内涵的理解多有不同。本文首先评析了学界对公民宪法义务概念的界定,提出应当从宪法基本精神角度理解和界定公民宪法义务,通过阐述宪法规范国家权力的基本精神和公民宪法权利义务关系,分析公民宪法义务的内涵并加以界定。
