试论高校科技创新基地建设与高水平研究型大学的实现

高校科技创新是国家科技创新体系的有生力量。国家知识创新工程的启动,为高校科技创新带来了新的发展机遇。本文认为建立高校科技创新基地是实现高校科技创新的重要组织形式和有效手段。通过高校科技创新基地建设,整合科研资源,承接重大科研项目;通过科研项目凝炼学科方向,培养和聚集创新人才,培育原始创新成果,促进高水平研究型大学的实现。
