| Abstract: | One problem that is often ignored in the process of enterprise culture development is the habit strength behind the culture. Habits play an important role in the transformation from the cultural ideology to staff behavior. Only if culture becomes habits, can it have a permanent influence on staff behavior. Therefore, it is really important to cultivate good habits of staff in the building of corporate culture. |
