摘    要:在企业文化建设中,常为人们忽视的一个问题,是文化背后的习惯力量。习惯在文化理念与员工行为的转化中扮演了重要角色:文化只有成为习惯,才能对员工的行为产生持久的影响力。因此,企业文化建设需要重视培养员工的优秀习惯。

Abstract:One problem that is often ignored in the process of enterprise culture development is the habit strength behind the culture. Habits play an important role in the transformation from the cultural ideology to staff behavior. Only if culture becomes habits, can it have a permanent influence on staff behavior. Therefore, it is really important to cultivate good habits of staff in the building of corporate culture.
