| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国药品安全事件频发的现状,探索和研究如何提高药品安全监管效率和药品质量安全保障水平的新模式.仅靠政府监管无法从根本上解决问题,必须基于药品市场主体信用评价来构建和创新监管模式,即以药品市场主体信用体系的建设与完善为依托,强化药品市场主体的自律意识,实现诚信的药品市场主体与有力的药品安全监管有机结合,最终达到有效监管和保障药品安全的目的.
