| 摘 要： | 党的“十七大”提出把社会主义新农村建设作为全党工作的重中之重。新农村建设是一个关涉经济、政治、文化和社会建设四位一体的庞大系统工程。必须动员包括统一战线在内的全社会的力量，方可图之。为此，发挥统一战线人才荟萃、智力密集的优势，发挥统一战线面宽线长、联系广泛的优势，发挥统一战线协调关系、化解矛盾的优势；从调查研究、进言献策，从争取人心、凝聚力量，从营造良好社会氛围诸方面，为新农村建设服务。
