论高校教育关怀的异化与回归

摘    要:教育是一项充满关怀的事业,然而近些年来高校的教育关怀在关怀对象、师生关系、关怀责任及关怀方法等方面却存在着不同程度的异化,致使教育关怀背离了教育本质。要想促进教育关怀的回归,必须以关爱和尊重学生为前提,以提高教师的关怀能力为保障,树立以"培养具有关怀品质的社会公民"为终极价值目标的教育关怀策略。

Abstract:Education is a caring career.But in recent years,in terms of caring object,teacherstudent relationship,caring responsibilities and care methods,university teachers care undergoes different degrees of alienation,resulting in a departure from the education of teachers caring nature.This paper proposes a caring and respect for students as a prerequisite to improving teachers' ability to care for the protection,establishing a teachers care strategy of"cultivation of social citizenship with care quality"as the ultimate value targets.
