国际化进程中高校青年教师专业发展的现状调查:以华东师范大学为例

摘    要:高等教育国际化已经成为我国高校发展的必然趋势,而青年教师的国际化意识与能力培养则是高校向国际化迈进的关键所在。论文从海外研修、教学、科研、管理等诸方面对华东师范大学的125名青年教师进行了问卷调查。根据数据分析,学校近一半的青年教师有出国研修的经历,有超过96%的人认为海外研修有助于专业发展;青年教师出国意愿强烈,但有31.82%的教师认为来自家庭的压力是制约的主要因素;近70%的教师参加过国内外国际性的会议,约一半的教师能够在国外学习期间将研究成果发表在国际期刊上。另外,学校管理人员外语能力也有待提高以应对高校国际化趋势。

Abstract:Internationalization of higher education has become an inevitable trend in China , and building the international aw areness and ability of young teachers is the key to the university internationalization . This thesis surveys 125 young teachers from East China Normal University about their overseas training , teaching , research and management .According to the data analysis , nearly half of them have experience of overseas training and more than 96% of them think it facilitates their professional development . Most young teachers have burning desires to study abroad ,but 31.82% of them think that family burden is the biggest problem . Nearly 70% of teachers have attended international conferences at home and abroad and half of young teachers can publish their research in international journals during their study abroad . Besides , school administrators must improve their foreign language skills to response to the internationalization .
