| 摘 要： | 师资培训最重要的是要确定"教什么"以及"怎么教",也即课程设置和课程实施问题。浙江舟山群岛新区小学全科型师资培养以"职后内部培训"为主。要开展好舟山群岛新区小学全科型师资培训的课程设置工作,必须先确立课程设置原则,再确立课程系列与内容模块,最后形成课程的监督与反思机制。

| Abstract: | It is very important for teacher training to make clear ＂ what to teach＂ and ＂ how to teach＂,that is,curriculum setting and curriculum implementation.The all-subject primary school faculty of Zhoushan Archipelago New District in Zhejiang Province gives priority to ＂ post internal training＂.To carry out the curriculum work of the all-subject primary school faculty of Zhoushan Archipelago New District in Zhejiang Province,we must establish the curriculum principles,then establish the curriculum series and the content module,finally form the system of supervision and reflection. |
