我国高校教师胜任力模型研究述评

摘    要:与胜任力相关的理论及研究成果在高校教师人力资源管理领域受重视程度越来越高。本文从高校教师胜任力模型的概念、基本理论、模型构建方法、国内外研究现状等方面对教师胜任力模型进行了阐述,并结合当前我国相关领域的研究现状进行了述评,提出了相应建议。

Abstract:Theory and research achievements related to competency are paid more and more attention in the field of human resources management of college and university teachers.The basic concept and of university teachers competency model,domestic and foreign research of model building method,research status,and other aspects of teacher competency models are introduced in this article.Also,combined with the current research situation in the related field of China,this article reviews and proposes the rationalization proposal for competency model research of university teachers.
