全科小学教师培养的实践探索

摘    要:依据《小学教师专业标准(试行)》和《教师教育课程标准(试行)》为中西部农村小学培养全科小学教师。正确处理全科培养中通学与专精、理论与实践、教师教育课程与学科专业课程之间的矛盾,调整免费师范生政策,吸引优秀生源,发放全科教师资格证书,改善农村教师生活环境和教育生态。

Abstract:Nowadays,our nation has launched the campaign of training all-subject-teaching of primary school teachers in the rural mid-west areas based on " Primary School Teacher Professional Standards"(Trial)and " Teacher Education Curriculum Standards"(Trial).In order to achieve the ultimate aim,we should handle contradictions correctly between all-subject learning and expertise,theory and practice,teachers education curriculum and professional courses.We should also adjust tuition fee free policies to attract outstanding students,issue all-subject-teaching Certification,improve living conditions of rural teachers and education ecology.
