高校课程改革背景下教师主体性素养的构建

摘    要:教师的主体性在促进高校课程和教学改革中发挥重要作用。但由于社会功利性评价、教师知识结构失衡、科层管理体制等因素导致教师在课程改革中主体精神缺失。构建高校教师主体性素养应从教师的自然属性和社会属性共融、社会化与个性化共融、专业化与人性化共融等三方面来着手进行。

Abstract:University curriculum reform needs teachers' active participation and interaction,teachers' subjectivity plays an important role in promoting curriculum and teaching reform.But as a result of social utility evaluation,teachersknowledge structure imbalance and bureaucratic management system,this leads to the lack of teachers' subjectivity in curriculum reform.This article,from three aspects of the unity of natural attribute and social attribute,the communion of socialization and personalization,specialization and humanity communion,puts forward some practical suggestions of the construction of university teacherssubjectivity literacy.
