| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是发展战略和发展策略的总和,是发展理念和发展行动的统一,是发展外延和发展内涵的协调。社区教育科学的发展观是对社区教育发展的指导思想、发展的本质特征、基本思想、内涵、模式的整体认识与实践。社区教育发展应在均衡、服务、开放、特色、评价等五个方面体现出与时代前进相适应,与我国国情相符合,与社区建设相同步,与社区民众需求相吻合,与构建终身教育体系、形成学习型社会相和谐。

| Abstract: | Scientific development is an integration of idea and action,an coordination of exterior and interior factors.Scientific community education outlook is the guideline to the community education development, and the holistic combination of thought and practice covering essential characteristics, basic thought, connotation and pattern of the development. Community education development should keep abreast of the age, conform to the situation of our country, community setup, people's needs, lifelong education system and the formation of study-oriented society in following five aspects: equality, service, openness, specialty and assessment. |
