藏书结构重在合理──地方大学图书馆藏书结构模式探讨

在讨论合理藏书结构的定义、内涵及其特征的基础上，从具体分析藏书结构的多维内容，如文种、学科、等级、载体、书刊比例及期刊类型、复本等子结构入手、重点探讨了地方大学图书馆确立合理藏书结构模式的方法，指出合理藏书结构的建立和维护必须以高质量的藏书建设工作为基础，提出对藏书建设的三点要求和图书馆采编工作人员应具备的基本素质。

A Probe into the Models of the Structure of Library Literature of the local University Library

Based on the discussion of the definition, connotation and characteristics of rational structure of library literature and starting from the specific anaipeis of its multiple contents such as kinds of languages, disciplines, classes, carriers, proportion of books and periodids and such substructures as types of periodicals and duplications, this papaer stresses on its discussion of the methods to establish the rational models of the structure of library literature of the local university library, and points out that the establishment and maintenance of the rational structure of library literature must be based on the high--quality collection of library literature. Thus, it sets forth 3 requirements of the collection of library literature, and at the same time, puts forward the essential qualifications required of the purchasing agents of the library literature, so as to ensure the successfull collection of library literature.
