教学管理组织与流程创新

随着高校中一些学院办学层次的逐渐增多，为了协调学院各层次的教学工作，有效整合全院教学资源，对学院教学管理的组织和流程进行相应的创新，本文建议设立教学办公会议，负责统筹和协调各层次教学工作，并设学院教学办公室为常设机构。就教学办公会议和教学办公室的组织结构和工作职能进行了分析，且详细阐述了其中最重要的学院统排课的工作流程，以推进教学管理创新。

On Teaching Management Innovation of the Organization and Working Process

With the development of the higher education, some schools of the university have more and more education items.
