摘    要:师资队伍建设是关系教育发展与改革全局的先导性、基础性工作,复合型外语人才的培养是建立在复合型师资队伍之上的.教材作为复合型课程体系中教与学的重要资源和依托,决定了教和学的基本方法,是教学成败的关键.由此可见,师资队伍和教材的建设是培养复合型外语人才的基础和保障.笔者基于前人的研究成果,主要探讨了四个方面的问题(1)复合型专业教师队伍建设的策略;(2)复合型专业教师队伍建设与语言类教师队伍建设的比较;(3)复合型专业教师成长的良性环境;(4)复合型专业教材编写原则及其国际化途径与意义.

Abstract:Teacher training and textbook writing is the basis of the education of talented foreign language personal with multi-abilities. This paper is intended to discuss the strategy of training of the foreign language teachers with multi-abilities, the comparison between the training of the foreign language teachers with multi-abilities and that of foreign language teachers, the proper environment for the foreign language teachers with multi-abilities and the basic principles for textbook writing and its channel and significance of internationalization.
