基础教育课程改革与学校组织变革

摘    要:伴随着课程改革所带来的巨大转型,学校组织的角色与定位已起了根本的变化。学校组织所具有的科层体制、松散结构、双重系统等特性,都有可能成为课程改革实施的阻力与障碍。为了保证课程改革的顺利实施,必须对学校的组织结构、管理方式等进行根本变革,向着扁平化与团队化、人本化、柔性化与创新化方向发展。

Abstract:With the great transformation resulted from the curriculum reform in elementary education,significant changes have taken place in the roles and positions of school organizations.The present institutions of school management,characterized by their bureaucratic hierarchy,loose and inefficient structure,and duplicate system,may become the obstacle of the curriculum reform.In order to secure the success of the latter,the present organizational structure and management mode of schools have to be fundamentally transformed,substituted with flat organizations and new models of management that are featured by and oriented to teamwork,humanism,flexibility and innovation.
