| 摘 要： | 近年来,唐山市固定资产投资在稳步增长的同时有效拉动了国民经济的增长。利用实际统计数据,通过固定资产交付使用率、投资效益系数等指标分析了固定资产投资效益存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Tangshan's fixed assets investment pulled the growth of the national economy with the stable increase in recent years.The article analyzes the problems in the benefits of Tangshan's fixed assets investment by the in- dexed such as rate of fixed assets transferred and in use and benefit indext of investment.In addition,the author discusses how to improve the investment benefit. |
