| 摘 要： | 现代科技发展所呈现出的特征,构成我国重要的科技政策环境因素,深刻影响我国的科技政策。面对这样的环境,党中央国务院高度重视,在科技创新、科技外事、科技发展途径、科技经济的结合与科技人才方面对我国科技政策作出重大调整。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of the development of modern science and technology have constituted the important environment factor for and deeply influenced the science and technology policy of China.Facing such environment,Party Central Committee and State Council attach great importance to it,making major adjustments to the science and technology policy of China in technological creativity,foreign affairs of science and technology,development approach,combination of science and technology with economy and talents for science and technology. |
