| 摘 要： | 加强教学团队建设是实施质量工程的重要举措。通过分析现阶段我国高校教学团队建设的现状及问题,探析了构建高水平教学团队需要达到的教学团队外在保障、教学团队内部结构、教学团队整体目标、教学团队内部分工合作等基本要求,提出了建设与优化高校教学团队的两项基本策略,即培育教学团队发展的内生动力和创建利于教学团队建设的教学生态。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the teaching team construction is an important measure to implement quality projects.In this paper,by analyzing the current situation and problems of the teaching team building in our country,the author investigates the construction of a high-level teaching team,which needs to meet the basic requirements of external guarantee,internal structure,the overall goals,and the internal division and cooperation.Two fundamental strategies are put forward to construct and optimize the teaching team,which include fostering the endogenous motives of the development of the teaching team and creating teaching ecology which is conducive to the construction of the teaching team. |
