| 摘 要： | 二战开展大规模的军事研究延续了美国大学进入＂大科学＂时代的跨学科研究偏好。为了使美国大学代管的国家实验室顺利运转,美国联邦政府对国家实验室进行了＂政府所有—大学代管＂的契约设计,这种外在的管理体制与＂政府所有—大学代管＂的国家实验室的内部运行机制达到了很好的契合。＂政府所有—大学代管＂的国家实验室的管理体制是其活力所在,高效的运行机制有力地推动了＂政府所有—大学代管＂的国家实验室的良性发展。

| Abstract: | The massive military research carried out during the Second World War extended American universities＇ interdisciplinary research preferences after entering the ＂big science＂ times.To make the national laboratories administered by American universities function well,American federal government gives a contract design in which national laboratories are government owned and university administered.The external administrative system and this internal operation mechanism of national laboratories achieve good compatibility.And its vitality lies in the administrative system of such government owned-university administered national laboratories,in which the high-efficient operation mechanism pushes the sound development of these national laboratories. |
