对职业教育集团化相关理论的再认识

近年来,职业教育集团发展迅猛,但与职教集团的发展实践相比,其理论研究显得相对滞后。从职业教育集团化办学的投入产出理论、资源依赖理论、交易费用理论、博弈论与策略联盟、产业集聚理论等相关理论进行分析,以期为我国职业教育集团化办学提供理论支撑,同时引发一些职教研究者和实践者的进一步思考。

Re-understanding on the Relevant Theories of the Vocational Education Group

Vocational education group has been developed very rapidly recently.However,compared with the development practice,theoretical research of vocational education groups are undeveloped.By analyzing the theories on vocational education groups,such as investment and production theory,resources depending theory transaction cost theory,theory of game and strategic alliance,and industrial agglomeration,the article tries to provide theoretical support for the vocational education groups,thus urging deeper thinking for vocational educational researchers and practitioners.
