工作场所弱势群体的学习受限探究

摘    要:工作场所弱势群体的学习状况关系到工作场所的学习权力与公平。阐释了工作场所学习的马太效应,分析了工作场所弱势群体在资源分配上所具有的经济利益贫瘠性,专业地位低层次性和发展机会匮乏性特征,探究了其在正式培训和非正式学习两大领域学习受限的现状及成因,尝试从政府、企业组织和弱势群体自身三个层面建构应对策略框架。

Abstract:The learning situation of vulnerable groups in workplaces relates to the learning rights and fairness in workplaces.This paper clarifies the Matthew Effect of workplace learning,analyzes the characteristics of vulnerable groups in resource allocation,including poverty of economic benefit,low levels of profession status and lack of development opportunities,and it probes into the situation and causes of their learning limited in two major fields of formal training and informal learning.Besides,it tries to construct a strategy framework from three aspects,including government,enterprise organization and vulnerable groups themselves.
