河北省农民组织化发展新趋势及支持政策——以农民合作经济组织为例

分析了河北省农民合作经济组织发展中出现的发展步伐明显加快、合作形式丰富多样、合作领域不断拓宽、产业联系更加紧密、服务能力显著增强、出现联合化趋势、互助合作金融组织开始发育等新趋势,提出了为提高农民组织化程度创造良好的舆论环境、坚持多元化发展、健全农民合作组织的内部运行机制、健全农民组织网络体系、培育农民合作金融组织、加大政策支持力度等措施。

Study on the New Trends and Supporting Policies of the Development on Farmer Organizations in Hebei Province

Some new trends are analyzed during the developing process of rural cooperative economic organizations in Hebei Province,such as the developing steps are sped up obviously,the cooperative forms become rich and diversified,the cooperative areas are constantly enlarging,the connections between industries become closer,serving abilities are significantly strengthened,a trend of amalgamation has shown,and cooperative financial organizations have begun to develop.The following measures are put forward to enhance rural organization degrees： creating a good public opinion environment,insisting on diversified development,perfecting the internal operating mechanism of rural cooperative organizations,perfecting the network system farmer organizations,cultivating rural cooperative financial organizations,and strengthening the supporting power of policies.
