| 摘 要： | 河北省存在着大量的农村剩余劳动力,农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移不仅能够增加农民收入、缩小城乡差距,而且还会促进河北省经济的发展和社会的稳定。对河北省农村剩余劳动力进行了估算,指出了河北省农村剩余劳动力转移过程中存在的问题,在此基础上重点分析了影响河北省农村剩余劳动力转移的推动因素和制约因素,最后提出了加快河北省农村剩余劳动力转移的对策。

| Abstract: | There are a large number of surplus rural laborers in Hebei province,the transfer of surplus rural laborers can not only increase the farmers＇ incomes and narrow the rural-urban gap,but also promote the economic development of and social stability of Hebei province.The paper estimates the surplus rural laborers of Hebei province,proposes the problems in the transfer process,analyzes the push factors and constraint factors based on the two aspects,and comes up with the strategies of accelerating transfer of rural surplus laborers of Hebei province. |
