| 摘 要： | 在回顾河北省燕山山区农村特色产业发展取得的主要成就的基础上,重点剖析了发展中存在的种养品种良种化程度低、产量低、龙头企业规模小辐射带动能力低、农产品加工比重低、加工深度不够、增值率低等10大问题。针对现存的问题,提出了推进良种化工程、增强产业集群发展的基础能力、加强科技创新和推广力度、提高特色产业科技含量、推行标准化生产、提升特色农产品质量安全水平等进一步发展的10大对策。

| Abstract: | This paper,based on the review of the main achievements of rural characteristic industry development of Yanshan mountain district in Hebei province,lays heavy stress on ten problems emerged during the developing process,which include low degree of improved breed,low output,leading enterprises＇ low driving ability,low proportion of agricultural product processing,inadequate processing degrees,and low appreciation rate.Then it tries to make out some solutions to these problems,such as the project of promoting the proportion of improved breed,enhancing the basic ability of industry development,strengthening the power of popularizing scientific innovation,improving the scientific content of characteristic industries,carrying out standardized manufacturing,promoting the quality and safety levels of characteristic agricultural products,etc. |
