高校院系资料室的科学管理与服务创新

高校资料室作为图书馆的延伸和补充而存在,和学校图书馆一起为教学和科研服务,为学校的发展发挥着作用。但是随着网络和现代信息技术的日渐普及和广泛应用,传统的资料室管理和服务已不能适应时代的发展,存在对资料室缺乏规范化的管理、文献信息资源建设上各自为政、缺乏协调与勾通、各资料室的文献资料得不到充分利用等问题。提出了建立系统科学的资料室管理体制、科学制定资料室的行政管理和业务管理程序、创新文献信息资源建设结构体系、更新管理人员结构的对策。

Scientific Management and Service Innovation of College Reference Rooms

As an extension and supplement of libraries,college reference rooms serve teaching and scientific research together with college libraries,which plays its own role in the development of colleges.But with the growing popularity and wide application of network and modern information technology,traditional management and service of reference rooms can no longer fit the development of the times.Thus,some problems emerge,such as lack of regularized management,separate administration of the construction of literature information resources,and lack of full utilization of literature materials.Some countermeasures are put forward as follows： establishing systematic and scientific management system,working out the procedure of administrative management and professional management,innovating the structural system of literature information resource construction,and updating the structure of managing staff.
