| 摘 要： | 随着高学历、高素质小学教师的社会需求逐步形成,小学教育本科专业应运而生。在全面调查河北省小学师资状况和小学教育本科专业发展现状的基础上,从培养模式、专业特色、课程设置、教学方法、教师队伍、学生就业等方面,提出了构建具有地方特色的小学教育本科专业的对策。

| Abstract: | With the gradual formation of social needs of high-qualified primary school teachers owning good educational background,the specialty of primary education emerges.On the basis of a comprehensive investigation on the condition of primary teaching staff and funds in Hebei province and the current situation of the development of primary education specialty,the countermeasures to construct a primary education specialty with local characters are put forward from the aspects of cultivating modes,specialty characteristics,curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching staff,and student employment. |
