司法考试制度的改革给大学法学教育提出了新的要求,司法考试和法学教育存在着紧密的联系,同时二者也存在较大的差别。因此,如何处理法学教育与司法考试的关系,以及如何改进法学教育做到二者相辅相成,成为法学教育界研究的一个重要问题。通过更新法学教育理念,提高教师队伍素质,改革课堂教学方法等来改进和完善大学法学教育,实现法学教育与司法考试的紧密结合,促进二者共同发展。

Improving College Law Education by Introducing Judicial Examination

The reformation of the judicial examination system has put forward new demands on college law education.There exist close relationships as well as major differences between judicial examination and law education.Thus,it is an important issue in the field of law education to complement with how to handle the relationship between college law education and judicial examination,and how to improve law education.The author argues to update law education concept and closely combine law education with judicial examination by reforming classroom teaching method and upgrading the teaching staff＇s qualifications,so as to achieve a mutual development between college law education and judicial examination.
