| Abstract: | The environmental rights body is a focus for the research into the environmental laws.The main contention is:What are the main parts of envronmental rights?Whether the unborm and the natural substance are the main body of envionmental rights?We got the conclusion that the main body of environmental rights are human,organization and country,the unborn generation and the natural substance are not the main body of environmental rights. |
